This is my parodylan for our 13th annual BobFest. Obviously, it’s based on Dylan’s “The Mighty Quinn” (also known as “Quinn the Eskimo”). Manfred Mann had a major hit with Quinn. One of its prominent features was a repeated riff, played on a whistle, i believe. I substituted some “doot doots” for the whistle. I wrote this long before BobFest, and had to update it several times as Trump added more and more stupid actions to his legacy.
